Made of glowing copper and lined with nickel, this beautiful pan molds a seafood mousse or pâté complete with scales, fins, and an eye. It's also appropriate for molding seafood in aspic and uncooked party dips like cream cheese and shrimp. The mold has a traditional brass ring so it can be hung flat against a wall. Because copperware is often used purely for decoration, the mold comes with a protective coating that prevents tarnishing.
